आज मसाला किचन में बन रहे है साल भर चलने वाले आम पापड़ की ऐसी रेसिपी जिससे आपका आम पापड़ बनेगा बहुत ही परफेक्ट। आम पापड़ की टेस्टी मिठाई बनाइये जो सबको बहुत पसंद आएगी | खट्टा मीठा चटपटा आम पापड़ बनाने का बहुत आसान तरीका, आम का चटपटा पापड़, अमावट बनाने का तरीकाआम पापड़ बनाने के सारे सीक्रेट आप इस वीडियो में देख सकते हैं | आम पापड़/मैंगो कैंडी/मैंगो बार बच्चों को बहुत पसंद आता है | तो अब घर में बनाये आम पापड़ एक अलग अंदाज़ में, तो हमारी तरह आम पापड़ बनाकर ज़रूर देखें आपको बहुत पसंद आएगा और मसाला किचन को सब्सक्राइब नहीं किया है तो ज़रूर कर लीजिये | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी |
INGREDIENTS:
* Mango(आम) - 1 Kg
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1+1/4 Cup/250-300 Grams
* Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - 1
* Ghee(घी) - For greasing
* Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
* Black Salt(काला नमक) - As per Taste
* Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - 1 Spoon
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
RECIPE:
Take some Mangoes & peel n chop them. In a mixer jar, put the chopped Mangoes and blend to smooth paste without adding any water. Transfer the mango puree to the Kadai by filtering it with a strainer. Then put Sugar, Lemon Juice in it & stir continuously & cook on medium flame until it thickens well for 10 to 15 minutes. Grease some Ghee on the plates. You can check the consistency by putting the mixture on a plate as shown in the video. When the Mango mixture becomes thick turn off the flame and put a thin layer of the mixture on the greased plate. In the remaining, Aam Mixture put some Roasted Cumin Powder, Black Salt, Chat Masala & Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder & mix well. Then transfer the puree onto the plate and spread uniformly. Sundry for 1 or 2 days or a week, until it turns transparent. Scrape the sides using the knife. Finally, cut into the desired shape. In this way, Aam Papad will get ready at home easily.
