Ingredients:
• 5-6 slices white bread/ brown bread
• 200gm paneer
• Green chutney
To make vegetable mixture:
• 1 cup gram flour
• ¼ cup rice flour
• 1 cup finely chopped spinach
• 1/3 cup thinly sliced onions
• 1/3 cup finely chopped cabbage
• ¼ cup grated potato
• ¼ cup finely chopped carrot
• ¼ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
• 2 green chilies, finely chopped
• 1 inch ginger, grated
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 tsp carom seeds
• 1 tsp garam masala powder
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• 2-3 tsp Oil
