INGREDIENTS:
* Rice flour (चावल का आटा) - 1/2 bowl
* Gram flour (बेसन) - 2 tbsp
* Cornflour (आरारोट) - 3 tbsp
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Baking soda (बेकिंग सोडा) - 1 pinch
* Water (पानी) - as required
* Oil (तेल) - for frying
* Chat masala (चाट मसाला) - 1/2 tsp
* Kashmiri red chili powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च) - 1/2 tsp
* Tomato Powder (टमाटर पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Ginger powder (अदरक पाउडर)
* Onion Powder (प्याज का पाउडर)
* Lemon powder (निम्बू का पाउडर)
RECIPE:
In a pan, put some Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Corn Flour, Salt, Baking Soda and add Water in it and mix it well to make it lumps free.
Then keep the pan on the flame and cook the batter on medium flame till it becomes thick. Stir it continuously for 3-4 mins. Then cover it and cook it for sometime. Then turn off the flame and take a plate, put some Oil on it and put the mixture on it. Keep the dough for cooling down. Make sure that there should not be any lumps in it. Then add some Corn Flour in it and mix it. Apply some Oil on the dough and make the Kurkure. Roll them with the fingers to give them shape.
Then fry the Kurkure in the heated Oil and make them crispy.
Add some Spices in the fried Kurkure like Chat Masala, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Tomato Powder, Ginger Powder, Onion Powder and Lemon Powder. Mix them properly and the Very Tasty and Crispy Kurkure will get ready so easily at home.
