INGREDIENTS:
For Snacks:
* Rice Flour (चावल का आटा) - 1 cup
* Gram Flour (बेसन) - 1/4 cup/4 tbsp
* All-Purpose Flour (मैदा) - 1 spoon
* Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा) - 1 pinch
* Water (पानी) - 1 cup
* Oil (तेल) - 1 spoon
* Salt (नमक)
* Oil (तेल) - for frying
For Masala:
* Chat Masala (चाट मसाला)
* Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Tomato Powder (टमाटर पाउडर)
* Peri-Peri Masala (पेरी-पेरी मसाला)
* Maggi Masala (मैगी मसाला)
RECIPE:
Take some Rice Flour, Gram Flour, All Purpose Flour & Baking Soda. In a pan, put Water, Oil & Salt then put the flours in hot Water. Mix them all & cover it for 10 mins then knead it & apply some Oil on it. Then make dough balls & roll them thin & cut them in pieces. Fry them in medium heated Oil. You can also bake them in preheated OTG at 180 degree for 10-12 mins. Before Baking Kurkure, dry them for an hour.
Put Chat Masala, Red Chili Powder, Tomato Powder, Peri Peri Masala, Maggi Masala & mix them. In this way, Crispy Kurkure will get ready.
