there is something I can't really understand there is a part in this song that you have to play 4 octaves with only left hand while the right hand is having a difficult part at the same time aswell can someone explain?

Play the octaves with both hands and pedal, then get into the arpeggios

If you’re referring to the part at 12:17 then it’s because the midi is incorrect. The version in here combines bass of the regular version with the ossia. No one can play it that way. You can hear both versions of that section from different pianists. Michelangeli plays the ossia and Kissin plays the regular version.
