Bach's 182 Flugel, A Puje, & an Olds Opera Premier

I play the Bach with a Reeves small flugel piece, the Puje with a GR flugel/trumpet piece, and the Olds Opera with a Reeves 42B. In the room - and it does NOT convey via microphone - the Bach Flugel is a very breathy, large, puffy sound... The Puje is less so, and the Olds Opera even less. The large, surrounding breathy sound is the large taper on a flugel. :)

Good ear! :) I've got a better mic on the way, I'm hoping it will distinguish between sounds better than my present one. But yes; every horn has its own sound. :) Thanks for commenting!

3 superior sounds in my opinion they are all above average. You played the Olds with less effort I guess that’s my favorite by a small margin. 👍

The Olds Opera is a shocker to me; I think it has a gorgeous tone. I REALLY like this Bach flugel though. It has its own 'scale' and does take some getting used to, but I really like it. And I've always enjoyed my Puje. :) Thanks for commenting!
