You have excelled yourself. But the effect is to magnify the mind and spirit of Bach.

It is hemp paper from India and is close to the kind Bach used

The musical calligraphy is gorgeous. But the narration is a sprawling mess! Fifty fractured factoids plucked from the pages of history, numerology, theology, musicology, biography, mythology, and Lord knows what else -- many of the concepts seemingly misunderstood, misrepresented, or mistranslated -- each tidbit tenuously tied to some other miscellaneous morsel by the merest supposed similarity... and all adding up to a big fat zero!

The gist of the story is that art found inspiration in a strand of 17th century literature that equates arbitrary formal similarities with dissimilar content, and thus provides a model for understanding construction and motivating concepts. That the analogies cannot withstand the modern test of critical rationalism does not alter this. My story is partly constructed using the same reasoning, as a playful demonstration and projection of the mindset, but also makes an effort to be historically informed. Thank you for appreciating the calligraphy!
