Reposting as I was told it was a bit too personal by my sister. Good on her shes right. My previous comment I stated that I had an abortion earlier this year at Planned Parenthood (THIS CENTURY). I was 21 weeks. Which is considered a late term abortion. One that is needed because my life was in danger and my baby was not going to survive birth. Upon walking into PP BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. They do ask for your government ID (They literally say your GOVERNMENT ID) and insurance if you have any. My procedure was a two day procedure. By policy, procedure and law, I was given 3 ultrasounds during those 2 days. To verify the existence of the fetus (they literally say that). The next day there was another ultrasound to verify the position of the fetus during the procedure. Then one more after, to verify it was completed. For a lawyer it's disgustingly embarassung he has no freaking clue how abortions are completed THIS CENTURY. No doctor will complete one without an ultrasound. That does not happen in this day and age in this freaking country. It was traumatic. Heartbreaking and something that therapy is recommended for. I felt my baby was too big to just "dispose of". She was properly cremated by a funeral home. Her remains were given to me. A baby that age does not just "absorb back into the body" during a miscarriage. It would have been a still birth. Something I vehemently avoided because it is even more traumatic than what I had to do. THAT is how I know Laura Owens and David Gingras are liars. Period. She would have beem rushed to an ER had she really had any of that happen to her. She did not. She just obsesses over a men who do not want her because she's an entitled fraud. And I am NOT in some stupid cult that sorry excuse for a human likes to label people. I didnt even know who Clayton Echard was at first. I just know of this infamous liar of a woman that deserves prison time.

In this case, it would have been long before LO filed a paternity lawsuit. The body can not absorb cartilage and bones, especially bones that have started to ossify, which is at 10 weeks. LO was allegedly 10 weeks mid-July 2023.

A million percent there would be an ultrasound. The HCG tests are not sufficient for determining pregnancy and a D&C would not be done without ultrasonic evidence of pregnancy (and determining not only pregnancy, but how far along the pregnancy is at the time of abortion request). I don't know what is going on with Gingras, but he definitely seems to have a similar personality to Laura and the projection he does is extraordinary. Almost every time he lashes out at people, his arguments against them could easily be turned around on him and his client.

It's interesting to read Rachel Mitchell's priorities as the Maricopa County Attorney. While campaigning for office, she said that police need to be well-staffed/trained and that Maricopa County police shortages have impacted their ability to respond to and investigate criminal activity. She has also criticized past situations where criminals have not been held accountable, citing the need to fix infrastructure which supports criminals. She has said her ultimate goal is to protect society with the impact of the crime on the victim at the forefront of charging decisions. This does not bode well for LO and Gingy. Taking on this case to get justice for LO's actions fits in very well with Mitchell's priorities.

He's such a hypocrite and such a jerk and why are people subscribing to his channel? I won't go over there and listen to him even though I'm curious because I don't want to give him a single view. And why have we forgotten that Laura Owens claimed to be pregnant all the way up until about December 22 of last year when the babies were supposedly due on Valentine's Day. That's seven months into a pregnancy, well beyond the time a woman who is aware she is pregnant WITH TWINS (how did she know this again?) would wait to see a doctor. Plus, she filed a court case based upon the presumption she was going to have children and needed a parenting plan. Why would you need a parenting plan for babies you may or may not have? Why would you need a parenting plan if you've never seen a doctor? Why was there no fetal death certificate at any point or a D and C if she miscarried at such a late date?
