And the thing is, an appeal is not really the time to establish a new timeline or completely new theory regarding your case.

Do you remember when Fiver was willing to help with information, but suddenly that changed. I suspect Laura threatened them, along with the DNA testing facility. It was explained that upon the 3rd "Little to No" result that she would be referred back to her doctor. That's why she paid for the test and likely asked for the tracking number so she could call ahead and have the last test stalled/rerouted/disappear. Clayton had explained the procedure during one of his interviews, which I had found to be very telling on why she didn't want a 3rd test to come out with no baby dna. That's why the testing stopped there! If she thought for a moment, fetal dna would. be found going forward, she would have not stopped the ongoing testing she claimed in Cout in November when she was rubbing and asking to show Clayton her belly. Wearing a fake baby bump when she then walks back a miscarriage all the way to July. So. so gross.

It's clear (in my opinion) that "the lawyer" considers himself the smartest person in the room and didn't bother to look into all the background of the case that he came in the middle of. Just the trail of other lawyers who had dropped Laura as a client should have given him pause. Not sure how he thinks admitting that his client lied under oath (again!) is a good thing?
