Apparently, it was a combination of two things. One, she genuinely wasn't in the running until a few weeks in. But also, apparently they cut a lot of their parts out to focus on the whole Tierra drama, which sucks.

Yeah, I mean I don't doubt they actually had a connection, it's just so weird because by the time they edit and cut the show, they already know who "wins" so it's odd they didn't give her much airtime until the second half of the season. You'd think they'd want America to fall in love with Catherine. Although their love story was interesting on the show, I don't think I fell in love with them as much as I could have if they gave their relationship more screen time for the whole season. Obviously off screen I definitely love them but when he chose her I was happy for them but it wasn't like this YES I WAS ROOTING FOR YOU THIS WHOLE TIME moment.

The sad thing for him is all the three girls he messed with are engaged/married or in a healthy long relationship. Kelly found her Greek person who also happens to be a Pilot Madison got married, and Hannah Ann just got engaged. They all dodged a bullet with that mother in law. I feel bad for the guy he will not even have a relationship without his mom butting in every time can you imagine. His younger brother is married I don’t know how his wife deals with Barb though she must be a really patient person. No girl wants a mother in law like that.

This was such a beautiful season. The love, respect, and trust they have for each other is so incredible. They are best friends! I’m so stoked to see how their love has grown through the years. Seriously, too cute together. Him saying “I don’t want to say goodbye anymore.” Gets me every time!! Her hand shaking?! Their hug after? SO CUTE. Wish then nothing but the best!

She keeps saying "Oh my gosh" because she came there realizing that there was a 50% chance she was gonna get dumped and she had had a broken relationship before so the memory was triggered. It's like the ultimate combination of hope, relief (especially that, because she was a bit negative about it the night before), gratefulness (I get this?), feeling appreciated, happiness. Yes, I'm a dude, and I loved this moment. Beautiful. Looks like she was impressed with the ring a bit too.

Yes, Catherine was prepared for the decision to be either way...Lindsay got her hopes up (her voice at the time was annoying). Catherine was more realistic than most of the other contestants, especially Lindsay and AshLee. And Sean and Catherine are still happily married with 3 adorable kids!
