Y’all, devouring does not mean imitation. In the first instance, Isagi devoured Naruhaya by emulating his play. It’s just taking over control from them on the field by using how they play to your advantage. Two separate things. Barou can’t emulate Isagi, and Isagi can’t emulate Barou. They say that plainly, yet they can still “devour” each other.

Reo probably has the best weapon in the entire bluelock, which I won't spoil. He's not the best player but he's up there, he just needs experience to use that weapon to its full potential. Trust me, his weapon is the CRAZIEST. The anime has been foreshadowing it lately by showing his skill stats graph/chart.

Reo was officially dumped, Nagi ain’t with the pity party so the bromance is officially over. Unless he’s more motivated. Who knows. I love watching the boys bond (Nagi and Chigiri are too cute) and I love that Bachira is back~! And it’s so cute it has his Mom’s eyes.
