Back 2 School Fresh Event Helps Shalimar Students Prepare For Class

Taking a look back to the third annual “Back 2 School Fresh” event, which helps local youth residing in Costa Mesa’s Shalimar community prepare for the upcoming school year. Founded by local organizers with a passion to give back to the community they grew up in, this Costa Mazing day brings together generous volunteers, businesses, non-profit organizations and city leaders who work together to provide students with FREE backpacks, haircuts, clothes and more, all the while providing support and smiles to the faces of those who both give and receive.
