A new family takes a toll on said family so keep taking what ever bodybuilders take to stay calm. If you are stressed it will make them stressed and come around back to you and back to them in a stupid circle. Relax and get good rest for lifting and your family. When the baby gets here let the grandparents or friends help her if she wants it cuz it's real hard to do it on your own. Keep the stress down and give the mama plenty of beef protein, and eggs not that powdered crap. This will keep the postpartum depression down and keep her happy with the baby. Plus she'll be breastfeeding the baby and they both need the best protein wich is a little fish, cow, lamb, and goat all grass fed. And this will keep them in great health. Some other stuff if she wants like salads, veggies ect. Stay away from seed oils.
