You might be struggling to write things on your CV but I must say this: I believe that your impact on me and the people who follow you here is enormous so please keep that in mind. Also, managing to have a podcast and active Instagram & KZbin channels while studying at the one and only Univeristy of Edinburgh requires great effort, creativity, organisation, finance and management skills!

your hair looks so cute!! i can't tell you how comforting it is (as someone with one year of masters to go) to have you talk about post-uni crises, craving independence, not feeling good enough for different things etc. feel like everyone feels this but no one talks about it enough :))

Nayna I too felt the same once I graduated from uni like a few months ago ( finished my BEng and MSc) and I came across this “post-uni depression” phase which actually so many graduates go through and no one really talks about. I don’t want to impose but I thought it would be really cool, if you wanted to, to do a podcast about that and have your listeners and youtuber followers write about their experience, and make that like a podcast episode. It would be so cool!! Also really admire you and what you do! Much love!! 🤍🤍

Transitioning is hard. Feeling negative at times is normal. I started uni in 2022 and only 2 months of it left me exhausted. But I know it's going to teach me lessons I'll cherish forever. It's okay to take a break and rest. ❤️

Please don't be too hard on yourself, you're only 22! Take your time and do the travelling now, because when/if you do eventually have a full time job it's way harder to do that. I'm 31 now and didn't get into a full time job until I was 26. If you are able to support yourself with your KZbin channel and travel from the money then that's a huuuge achievement! The fact you have this channel is a huge accomplishment in itself.

Nayna i wanna let u know how much your content brought me comfort. noticed that u didn't post podcast for monthsss BUT during winter 2022, I moved out from the city and lived alone in an apt for the first time, in a very remote neighbourhood and most of my cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, etc. were spent w your old podcasts!!! u make that loney and cold time for me way way better. you have no idea how much it can make someone in other side of the world a better day

Is nice to have you back 💗 I really understand and relate with the feeling of feeling kind of lost with friends in different points of live, people still studying and others working. Sometimes I feel like I am bellow people of my age but at the end the is no correct path and it is okey to be in a different path than the "normal" and at some point I will reach stability and be okey with all the changes ✨️💫 happy 2023 and enjoy you gap year 💖

I graduated last summer and I'm currently taking a gap year! It's nice to hear your thoughts and feelings about this experience because nobody prepares you for it! Feeling so lost, it's just constant ups and downs and doubting what you're doing etc. I'm applying for master's programmes this month and I am so anxious to even start writing my personal statement, I don't know what I am so scared about but I keep putting it off. Anyways, I just wanted to say this video was like a big sigh of relief for me to know that I'm not on my own with these feelings! I think a 'post-grad diaries' video would be really nice for people in similar positions. Good luck with the applications! Lots of love xx

Also I would love you to focus the podcast on this time navigating life post uni. That time where nothing is certain and everyone is doing different things, would love to get your perspective on things, talking through the struggles you are finding. Also maybe interviewing others that are navigating that time of life and how they are finding it. The pros and cons of grad schemes or finding a “normal” job as such. Bills, renting, mortgages all those things that I never thought much about at uni! I definitely don’t think the podcast has to be a happy bubbly place necessarily, more like a place we can all grow together (which makes sense with the name haha), giving the highs and LOWS so we all feel less alone in the struggles including you xxxxx

Omg Nayna I am going through a similar thing. Going through a life transition is weird and post uni depression is definitely a thing so many people (including myself) are going through. I just finished a masters and feel the same thing about being behind all my friends but we just have different paths. Remember healing is not linear and ur not going backward. Feeling lost is super valid! I’m super excited to listen to the podcast again soon 🌻🌻🌻

life is hard and we all need to sit down and reflect. I have learn alot, and im still learning. I realized all my friends will go their own paths in life and just accept it. I have friends who are getting married some are starting their career and im still in school. I felt it, but there's nothing wrong with being lost. Everyone was losted once in their life. Dont know what they want to do. we all have to find what makes us happy just pure happiness in whatever we are doing and just enjoying the moment. The friends who got married or starting their career they might not be happy. wrong partner or wrong career path, everyone has a problem.

Hi🍃🌸I'm feeling the same, I'm doing an erasmus but all my friends are having their 1st job, so different mood and priority and it feels weird Also about filming/vlogging, one could think it prevents you from living the moment, but filming also makes you focusing more on what you see, so in the end you're more aware, more present, and you prolongate life moments by filming and editing them🌻🌾

hey, nayna I've missed your videos so much. Watched this while doing my nails. they are in olive green now. Your videos are always so calm and I can relax so much with them. I journaled last year not so much too. Only in the first half :D which makes me a little bit sad because I would have loved to write down my thoughts in the autumn what I felt and what I've done. But I took a lot of pictures and videos to capture my favourite moments. Loved doing this! Haven't written down my 2023 goals yet want to do that today with some other people. I'm very excited what 2023 holds for me!

Hi Nayna! I just wanted to say that it’s okay to miss people who have been there through it all. It’s okay to want to see your friends when they are not around. Your friends know how much they are loved that way. Keep being you, keep doing the beautiful things you do each day even if today it’s just sayings hi to someone. Here is a poem a wrote hopefully it helps you feel better :) This world is as chaotic and crazy as it is bold and beautiful. Think about it we have water that sparkles and glistening sandy beaches. We have angel numbers that guide us on city streets, on license plates, and receipts. We have beautiful mountains to climb to get to the top to look at the everlasting valleys below We have music that we can relate to and lyrics that take us back tall a different time a hopefully happier time ! We have sunsets to chase, clouds to catch, and dreams to attract. We have trees that grow from tiny seeds. We have bees that buzz inside the honeycombs on trees. We have dolphins swimming in the seas. We have stars to see While snuggled on blankets on the beach. Or even in your back yard on camping seats. We have goat yoga And cat cafes We have world famous sculptures just built out of clay I hope your world only gets more beautiful with each day Love you xx
