I remember that two years ago, Stainless Steel went to 90 cents a pound. I hope for us that it will return there eventually. You have a serious pile of it !

@@CanadianTreasureHunter I just found a video that gives for explanation that Indonesia is actually supplying nickel at a low price. They might be able to do this until the end of the decade. The price of nickel went from 48 324 USD per tonne in March 2022 to around 16 000 USD actually. Although nickel is only one of the possible component of SS, it surely help to keep the price down. kzbin.info/www/bejne/q4LTmmeOqsuab9U

Now that you've done the experiment with the bigger motor, it may also be worth it to do a scan through your motor collection and sell off any that also wouldn't be worth stripping. I think you have a number of big motors in the shed from several years back that would make a good payday.

It's the same schrader valve in the propane tank as in a tire valve. The problem is the valve is a little deeper so I cut a slit into a thin screwdriver and I use that to strip the valves out of the little green tanks. Works pretty good. Sometimes I get a lot on certain jobs. The central valve also has a rubber and plastic ring on top that you have to pop out with a hook tool. I made a video on it a few years ago.

You’ve been stacking your stainless steel for a while. Are you waiting for the prices to rise? Will you fill one of your bins when you cash it in or is that something you would have to take with little red?

I don't understand, why do you cut two wires and throw them into the container and again cut two other wires and throw them into the container, why don't you cut them all and throw them away, out of 6minutes of cutting threads 3 minutes were just to throw the wires into the container, work smart, not just for video content, you lose subscribers and views,

@@CanadianTreasureHunter I'm not criticizing, I'm telling you that you waste a lot of time cutting one thread at a time and you throw it into the container and you cut another thread and throw it away, it fills up video with cutting thread by wire and throwing thread by thread... I noticed in other videos, you took 4-5 times the same key for the drill, you need a larger container for drill utensils, And when you clean a piece, you rush to throw a small piece in the bin, and then you come back to the work table to continue cleaning what's left of the piece, you waste a lot of time doing this, out of 60 minutes at least 25 are wasted throwing wire by wire and small pieces into the container Watch the video to see what I'm trying to explain I don't create videos because I have another job
@CasutaCuRetete11 ай бұрын
@@CanadianTreasureHunter When you cut all the threads and throw them all at once in the container, you don't waste time throwing wire by wire and getting scissors to cut again. Work smart and get rid of downtime For small parts of what you undress you can put small containers on the table and when they are filled you throw them into the big container, so when you throw away each piece of aluminum, you lose time when you go to the container, when you come back, until you get another piece.
