Glad to see you back and looking well Sue. Im in Ireland 🇮🇪 going into 5th night with no electricity and the water is gone now too. Was a bad storm, lots of damage done. Take care

Hi Butterfly oh thank you yes I'm not to bad. Oh wow a long time with no electricity It was bad out there thoe that weather. Oh no you think they try get It sorted out by now. You cant live like that. Oh It was a bad storm I seen It on the news never seen weather like that before. hope thy get It sorted out for you as you wont have heating as well. you take care stay safe xx

Hi Dorothy oh thank you, no not had hair cut I am due to get It done again. Oh thank you, I got so many scarfs, I like my scarfs. It Is a nice colour. Oh there Is some nice things In the pound shop. The conditioner does smell nice not got much of a scent to It. Like a lot you use you get that nice smell on your clothes this one you dont, but still ok. hope you well take care love to you and your family. xx

We’ve had a good tidy up outside and need some repairs to the upstairs windows, we had a tree down and sadly the greenhouse got a big hit. But it could have been a lot worse! You’re looking well and I’m glad you’ve had a good rest. ❤️🥰

Hi Alibee thank you, Oh you welcome my friend just wanted to make sure you were ok as was bad where you were I seen It on the news. Oh well I know you had repairs and had to have a tidy up, and have to get anougher green house but long as you and the family ok. Bet It was a worry for you as was bad that weather. Oh It could of been a lot worse hopefully not get It again. or as bad. Hi Sue, great to see you back. I have gall stones amongst other things, and I have to really watch what I eat too, saturated fats are things I have to watch too. Trouble is, once I've eaten something that causes what they call a Gall bladder attack, its too late, and it causes terrible pain which lasts for hours. Chocolate sadly for me is a no go.

Hi Jayne oh thank you, oh I'm sorry I have heard of Gall stones, I guess It just so don't give us more problems with what we have already. I think It the fat content with saturated fats don't help my doctor said keeping It low will help In the long run, like my cholesteryl Is now low, and I notice little things since changing diet and not as tired. Yes I know what you mean If I eat what I call a bowl attack lol I suffer for a few days and the pain the worse. So stick to eating what I can eat. I find the worse for me Is the cheese that why I only can eat the eat lean chasse. Hope you well take care x

Hi oh thank you nice to be back. I missed you all. I did pity the weather was not good but nothing can do. We had some really bad weather. Well I thought If get out once a week It fresh air once the weather gets better I can get out more.
