Ghost of Yotei is my SHIT, dude, I have WAY more affection for Ghost of Tsushima than I know that I should. Also, will point out that the one thing about Horizon that really stank was that it had basically ZERO conversation mocap, and it really hurt the game's ability to tell its story. So in this one instance, that's a very significant thing that they added to a remaster! As compared to, say, the Last of Us Part 1 remake.

3:14:04 Bricky, I loved your Uncharted retrospective, so you should be aware that the narrative lead on Uncharted, Amy Hennig, wrote the Soul Reaver games. To this day, the Legacy of Kain has some of the best writing and voice acting in any video game franchise, *period*. We fans have been holding on for decades through rumor after cancelled project after pointless leak for some continuation of the franchise, and now our hopium has finally paid off (a little). If you want to try a throwback puzzle platformer with tons of high-quality dialogue and introspective storytelling (admittedly divorced from the actual gameplay, to be fair) Soul Reaver is a fantastic pickup.

Friendly reminder: last of us part 2 got a remake only 4 years after release, despite it being on the ps5 as well during the time, resulting in no graphical fidelity being added because of it, these remasters/remakes of games don't make any sense unless they are like the Legacy Of Kain ones.

Lou2 remaster* A remake would have to be like Resdient Evil 2 or Final Fantasy 8 remakes. Shit decision by Sony but give them credit, they didn't touch any game or story mechanics (not that they should even with a ten foot pole). @@Lordrockerkiller

God im so happy that ghost of tsushima 2 isnt actually ghost of tsushima 2 but rather ghost of yotei Love Jin but his story and arc are finished Doing a sequel with a new character in a new location is imo the perfect choice
