Great tips Stu. Took very few repetitions of the head lift before I was feeling it. I am glad Matthew also mentioned about the head forward position when reading books as I have often thought about this. Look forward to watching the other videos you have done with Matthew. I love your sanskrit with your British accent, it always makes me smile - you always apologise, I think you should own it!
