2020 Afterword. In this 2013 video I highlighted the quad and hamstring muscle groups, failing to mention your gluteals ("glutes") and hip-flexors. Gluteus Maximus is the largest & strongest individual skeletal muscle (you also have smooth & cardiac muscle) in your body; not surprising given it has to move your largest individual bone, your femur (thigh bone).
