It's pretty tough to keep a pottery studio clean at the best of times. I took a photo of mine just because it was so atrocious! Thanks for the tip on PSH! Those ARE good prices! Those brushed LOOK good! Happy cleaning!

Our Sacramento Potters Guild has their 2nds sale the 2nd Saturday in January every year. It motivates me to clean my studio and find those rare pieces of pottery hiding in the oddest places. Thanks for sharing your Temu haul.

I wish I could be frugal!!! I just placed a few orders from different supply stores! I bought both the red wine and the red onion from PSH and see what I like better...YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE PURPLE HAZE! We are on the same brush craze as I just bought a couple of thin nail brushes...great minds think alike! Im so glad to hear that I'm not the only one that had to clean up my studio, reclaim a TONNNN of clay, urgggg! Anyhoo, nice video and Happy New Year!!

Happy New Year Lisa! We too are doing Frugal January, but we didn’t have an official name for it! I did buy the Red Wine from PSH, I need to do test tiles. I’m just a little hobby BC potter with a few club sales, but I love your combos! I saw that Sounding Stone has their biggest sale of the year, 20% off everything…on Black Friday. So I am really going to try to use what I have, then indulge! Good luck cleaning, it’ll go faster than you think!

Hi Lisa, I just finished cleaning my studio also! I have the same set of small brushes but mine were from Amazon. They are good, I have used the bent one for painting under my frogs. I can’t wait to see your tests of new glazes. Great video!❤

Will wait to hear how you like your new brushes, the fan brushes do look lovely but like you said, will they loose bristles?

oooOOooo I love those fluffy fans!!! You should enjoy them ❤ I have a set for my watercolor work and also a set for glaze... tho I am still just getting started with the Clay Play so I have yet to use them 😁 but I'm SOOO close now 🎉 **have not really started yet and my clay play area is barely accessible it's so unruly 😂😂😂

I’m looking forward to seeing your new glazes and hearing about the brushes. I’ve never ordered from Temu - what did you think? Your studio doesn’t look that bad to me - just a lot like mine right now and probably like most potters’ studios.

Yes agree about most potters studios. An art form that is challenging to keep clean.

The PSH glazes are my go to. Cobaltic Sea was the first big batch one I bought and it is awesome! I also use Pumpernickel. I just got the Purple Haze and Red Onion to try and really like my test tile results. I can drive to PSH to pick them up when I get my clay too. Have fun with them.

I have the black thin brushes from Temu, they don't hold a point as well as some others I have. I also bought the same fan brushes ( twice now) from Temu because I love them so much. They do not shed for me and are so reasonably priced.

Good to know! I haven’t had the chance to try them yet.thanks for the info 😊

Your studio looks pretty good. Happy New Years love PSH I am only two hours away from them and closer to Tuckers but the shipping sometimes cheaper than the gas. Looking forward in seeing those new glazes

I think Frugal February might have to be my month for tightening the belt. Those brushes look great. Are they synthetic? I want to buy some but Im trying to avoid animal hair brushes as I dont think the Chinese worry about animal cruelty. If they are synthetic can you sent me a link to Temu please? Thanks.

Unfortunately the description says raccoon hair, which I did not notice when I was ordering 😮
