it feels good to be back!! as school starts picking up and spooky season approaches, I'm really leaning into routines and having a FIT GIRL FALL!! sooo ready for September and a new month!! i get a lot of questions about how I balance fitness, school, work and having a social life so hopefully, this vlog shows you! balance is key and NOT PROCRASTINATING. also waking up early and getting my workout out of the way first thing is essential in making sure i have time for everything in my day :) this is also my first (mini) what i eat in a day (i say mini because i forgot to show a lot of my snacks) i hope this gives you some meal inspo but never compare!!
