Back on a HONDA! - Switching to the 250 Class

Jeff Walker yeah handguards, always!flag style, wraparounds can be dangerous and my hands get stuck between the bar and levers anyways, also the flag style glide off tree bark! make sure when the flags bend they don’t bite into your pinky finger at the ends of the bar, Gary Semics says something like lever ends ~3/8 inch from bar end when pulled all the way in///// good luck! white honda?? race 125 all star???

Not even gonna pretend to be half as fast as you but I have an 18 crf450 and haven’t ever even lost coolant out of it. Ride in the hot humid IL weather in summer. I always run the twin air covers on the radiator louvers. Keeps them clean which may help. Try throwing a set on your 250 Jeff no mud will pack into the radiator! Good luck rest of the season 👍🏻

Can you do a video talking about the difference in the tuned suspension on the Honda vs stock on the husky? I really hope you get the husky set up properly for a good comparison. Nice job Mr Walker. Handled that bike swap this time like a professional. The 250 will overheat too. Fast pros will need to run an oil cooler. Also the trackside camera work is good. If you find any clips that are too shakey but want to salvage video-stabalize dot com works well. looking forward to seeing you race at High Point and best of luck.

Being an A rider from early 2000s before I hung the boots up. even if you switched to the 250 because of the 450 class being so tuff tge bottom line is you feel like you will have less stress and make more $$ so smart move for what ever reason bro and hell of a ride in CO.
