Great to see you back out and catching Greg , I cant imagine the sheer amount of time it takes filming , editing and uploading to make these videos , all the extra filming kit you have to carry when the fishing gear alone is enough , when all you wanna do is get fishing 😂, I for one appreciate all the vids you knock up and and the knowledge you provide and really enjoy the vids. Great to see you out fishing again Greg. Hard work I know, but at least you were catching. Have managed to get out again but only on a local pier. Have caught a few whiting but no real size. Still the odd bass about but no codling. Easy to not go when you have had a break for a while. I find the short sessions enjoyable and more manageable. Too much of anything makes us all lose enthusiasm. Best wishes, Dave broadstairs

Hi Greg , went out to sandown castle last night (Saturday) .battled what felt like 50mph winds but we had lots of different species. Thornback, bass, whiting, doggies, flatties, pouting. Should of went out the same night as you judging by the weather. Tight lines buddy.

@@gsp it has been not bad sized whiting and dabs. There is odd big codling coming out . I can't believe I haven't had one this winter as of yet Greg. Last winter I started catching them from November 16th. Haven't been out for ten days coz of weather. We've had snow ,ice, rain n winds. Coz I go on my electric mountain bike it's not bin worth the risk. Hopefully out this week.

Well done Greg glad you're ok. Always, always you and family first we're not going anywhere well I hope not anyway. Well some of us had unfortunately, sadly my partner Brian passed away recently it's been hard and you never know what is round the corner so look after yourself and your loved ones. Don't stress about us lot you and your family are much more important. Those little whiting are deadly winter pike baits mate and are plentiful so give them a try

When you are thinking, something has got the bait, I hate the doubt that creeps in, hooks too big, hooks too small, snood too short or long, I end up switching rigs trying to figure it out, never sure if there was something there in the first place, was it just a big crab after all, I guess thats fishing, tight lines.
