I'm looking for some tips to make my back rolls smoother and came across your vid. I'm noticing the beautiful mandala in the background made with a hoop. Did you do that by crocheting?! Help me make one!! I recently started learning to crochet and absolutely love it! I've been practicing stitches and am unsure where to go next. AH!
