When the Analog Alien "Joe Walsh Double Classic: www.analogalie..." hit the streets back in September of 2015, we decided to commemorate it's release by building two custom Yellow Sparkle Telecaster style guitars. Both guitars were displayed at the 2016 Winter NAMM show in Anaheim - one of which was featured in a glass show case in the lobby at the show.
There were only two guitars made. One was for us to use in our booth to demo our pedals and the other was a gift for Joe Walsh. We finally got the chance to give Joe the guitar just before his performance at Jones Beach, on June 14th.
Here's a quick video we took backstage when we presented the guitar to Joe. The first few seconds of the video are a little shaky, but it evens out pretty quickly and it was a great experience!
