Would this taping method help for QL pain? I’m a hip hiker on the right, and while I’m working strengthening/stabilizing, my right QL has just been nonstop spasming, leading to other angry muscles and compensatory movements. I just need a bit of relief back there so I can move this hypermobile body without further injury 🤯.
