If you read the ticket correctly it says there are 3,250.000( prizes)tickets that are at least $30 winners to $1000 winners . Then below that it says $37,000,000 in prizes from $1000 to $25,000. It's a $20 ticket so a winning ticket is at least break even.

Texas won't allow Casinos, but they have lottery and Bingo Halls...gambling is gambling and all is addictive....but if you gonna blow money, may as well go towards something you may get lucky and get it back out of....can't say the same thing about smoking or alcohol or drugs....but my best scratch so far was 2500 then 1000 which were eons ago and countless 500...but the most exciting was when i bought 2 different 5.00 dollar tickets and each were 500 dollar winners...i went back and tipped the cashier 100 bucks....THAT was 😎.
