Sorry to say but such gadgets are already available in the Chinese market and much much better. For example, I have in front of me a Tablet PC (i.e.a convertible) which runs on Android 13, has 16 GB RAM, 1 TB Storage, 5G Dual SIM Card and 10,000 mAh battery. And all this for around Rs. 10,000.
