I've found the "Metronome Assistant" feature (robot icon) useful in practicing a passage that I'm trying to get up to speed. You can have the tempo increase automatically every x measures, as you play the passage over and over "on a loop". It's a good way to gradually increase the tempo without having to stop and press a button every time.

That entirely depends on your budget, use, and personal preference. The "best" instruments would be something like a Backun Lumiere, Uebel Zenit, Buffet Legende, Selmer Signature, etc.

That the lower teeth should stand in the direction of the upper teeth
