GB/100km is the perfect measure. Happy to see some more adventures in the pipeline. That track at the end looks just like one of one of my maps that I got strange looks for hiking along

Incredible journey - thank you for taking the time to document it. Indeed I did really enjoy watching. Certainly a massive undertaking. I'm guessing the clip at the end is somewhere around the Alpine Valley region - i've only ever explored the roads & towns around there, but personally it's my favorite place in Aus. Now that i've got another 4WD, I will have to get over there and see it all for myself.

A perfect video to cap off the trip! Thoroughly enjoyed it, and the whole series/journey. I was surprised about the size of the mechanical carnage list. It didn't feel like so much spread throughout the journey. But that's half the fun, right? Really looking forward to the future videos! I don't do much (well... any) 4WD/adventure, so it's great to experience it vicariously through these videos. (PS next time you do the CSR can you bring me back a kangaroo tail? ;) )

There was a lot of journey to spread it across, and given the sheer number of hours spent behind the wheel, driving offroad on the Canning will certainly take its toll on things. Add to that the fact we took a lot of the optional detours, and the track was overgrown in places and that ups the danger factor a bit. Although the windscreen was actually on the highway, but I guess that just happens... Thanks for your comment, and glad you're enjoying the videos!
