Back To Nature | Terra Nil - Temperate Region (Environmental Strategy Game)

Terra Nil is a strategy game all about restoring the natural environment to a barren world via the use of exciting futuristic technology. If it sounds familiar we did play an older, more pixelly version of this a few years back, but this is the fancy new high-res version, and my goodness me it looks very gorgeous indeed!
We take on the Temperate region and we arrive at a very bleak place indeed. The soil is unworkable, there's no running water, no wildlife, no greenery at all, and we have to transform it into a lush paradise which will be home to flora and fauna.
We begin by placing down a variety of machines to purify the soil and grow some lovely grasses and then once everything is nice and green we begin to create new habitats. Bees help us make meadows of wildflowers, we create watery wetlands and we grow beautiful forests!
Then we begin to reintroduce animals which is genuinely very exciting. We have to make sure they're suited to specific habitats but it's a delight to see life flourish once again!
And then, to wrap things up, we have to tidy up after ourselves. We pack away all our machines, recycle them into a spaceship and then fly away, leaving nature in charge.
Also Terra Nil is helping the environment in the real world because a portion of income from every Steam sale is going to the Endangered Wildlife Trust.

Something that might make it a bit easier in the reclamation stage is that you can use the recycling silo to absorb other silos. ❤This way you can daisy change them closer to the water where your boat can get to them. Thanks for playing the preview :). If you decide to continue playing more after it releases that would be awesome, I would love to hear your reaction to the lovely artwork the devs implemented into the game 😍

silos recycling silos doesn't work in this version. You can recyclce building with just loading docks though.

This is one of my favorite games and I've only played the demo. The concept is amazing and i really enjoy how wholesome it feels, even though it gives you a good challenge. I played it in the itch io version and steam demo. And you were the one to introduce me to the game, Penge, so thank you!

The water pick up point it recycles building in its range also, so you dont need a silo and then a river thing.

You kept saying tree points for the forest building. The + and - numbers indicates how much currency you will receive or loose after the cost of the building.

I forget many, many things! Although it didn't matter too much in the end, but yes rain would have been useful even if it does make our little grass growing things a bit less effective.

the minus is affecting your money if it says -16 you will lose 16 money for example
