Fun fact, I'd been trying to record my blood pressure for the last 10 minutes, but it kept bouncing about the place. I listen to Penge's voice for about 50 seconds, and it immediately settled down at 120/85, which is nearly perfect and very unusual for me. Note to self, try and watch even more Geek Cupboard!

Many chicken breeds will stop laying in winter, so that's probably why they made it that way. Looks like it turned out good enough. I'll have to pick this up later in the year.

The ending was really weird. It's like they wanted an ending and didn't know how to make it so they made up some bizarre thing. 🤣 I don't get why the game needed an ending. It could have just been ongoing, discovering more planets...

It also didn't make much sense because we had the narrator voice switched off. They do speak A LOT in the game, chipping in with random things quite often, so they had to be silenced for the sake of my own sanity, but it didn't really make sense to hear the narrator voice when we'd only heard it right at the very beginning of the game!

@@TheGeekCupboard and then there was another one when the statue of liberty said 'let me regale you with the truth' but I had taken a bit of a pause watching this time around to get myself a -coffee- um cup of tea. Don't worry about the ads, though, I usually use an adblocker but not for KZbin, watching ads helps to support the content providers and shows a little appreciation.

Landed on the Ice planet, I finally know why we can build Hyperlube. This may help people from freezing if they are travelling via the tubes. Congratulate for completing another fun series! Really looking forward to new series!

Omgosh??? The ending was like *wildly empty*? It almost feels like it was bugged? It took so long for the pop up about destroying the generators too. Had it happened speedier, and then went to the cut scene it would feel a lot less *what it was*. LOL I am Dying at the cut to credits. That was *wild*. Thank you SO much for playing this, Penge! I'm So excited to see what game you'll be playing next. And awesome job ending on a nice even 30! Keep on Keeping On, Penge! And thank you so much for doing what you do!

It was a fun series! But it does feel like the late game mechanics could use some improvement, especially since it's implied that you could colonize potentially dozens of other planets. One change I'd make is the ability to manually trade resources between planets without a spaceport and make the spaceport a much more expensive building that can automatically trade resources with any other spaceport. So you'd have to be more involved in starting new colonies but once they can afford a spaceport you don't have to keep micromanaging them individually.

If we were doing a full playthrough of the game then yes, it would have been excellent, but in this case we weren't and the money would have been more use where our actual settlement was!

The best shape for a veggie garden is square. The longer it is, the further the people have to go to drop off their produce once picked (which they do every few veggies picked).

There's a lovely bunny cloud @ 1.05.57 :o (can see it from different angles the next minute or so as wel) However, "Many, many, many, many space boxes"? Terry Pratchett would be horrified that the geek doesn't know how to count! :( Besides, you "only" had many many space boxes, not lots :p
