Jumbo Blue Crabs, In this video we'll be crabbing with handlines at what we used to call our secret spot ( it's no secret any more ). We decided to try it again after almost a year. It was a spur of the moment decision late in the day. We've been wanting to cook some crabs on our Blackstone Griddle, so what better way to test it than some Jumbo Blue Crabs. Having not a lot of time we managed to catch 7 Jumbo Blue Crabs. After getting home I cleaned the crabs and Joyce prepared them for the griddle. They turned out great, another way to cook Blue Crabs. Catch and Cook

Sam & Joyce, Wil from Baltimore here. You need to try if you haven't already, cooking Shrimp, Softcrabs, really any seafood on the grill. I'm talking about a regular grill that uses charcoal or propane. You marinade the seafood (I use teriyaki marinade alot!). After you marinade and it doesn't take long, using a seafood grill grate so they don't fall through, you only grill a few minutes on each side. You will not believe how Great the Shrimp, softcrabs or whatever you're grilling, will taste. You know that saying about potato chips, only eating one! They are out of this World. You should whip up some oysters on that flat top. They'll turn out great as well. Lay the oysters on the flat top and cover with wet towels. After they open remove the towel and add some butter until melted. Delicious. Happy Holidays! Wil Rosedale, Maryland

Ed, I can't figure out why the crabs are so big there either. We finally got out in our Sea Hunt and did some fishing, it seems like every time we can get out it's rough. Joyce, not sure if i mentioned this before, but walmart has “repel lemon eucalyptus” spray that is NOT toxic, like backwoods and other sprays, and it works like a charm. my hubby and i discovered it about 2 years ago. get you some. you will smell like lemons but it keeps everything off of you. also, sam has on long pants and sleeves so he wont get bitten much at all. but you do shorts and short sleeves like i do.
