Amy u are soo soo strong and smart girl … when I was in college 6 years back I was having same situation all friends in one section and I was in different section.. and was not having any option to change I cried literally felt lonely but u know I made new friends and those are my friends for life and I am thankful at that day my class got changed !! Hello @Amy beta, wish you very best for your new year in school and what an opportunity to build new relations with your new teachers, new friends 👍🏻... life is all about experiences and you are blessed with such loving, caring parents, your journey will be always exciting. @Shilpa, hmmm lagta hay mera guess is still in contention about selling property and using the equity towards principal payoff of your primary residence, to lower your interest in your monthly mortgage 👍🏻... or I suggest you look for putting the portion of that equity gain towards a high return saving account as these days with interest rate high, gains from some banks you can get up to 6%. Later when rstes drop in 2025 you should be buying an investment property in US like we did as there you can get 30 years fixed rate and houses will be still much more affordable compared to Canada. Shifting there doesn't seem like an option as it would mean that Amy's school would change . I think in the current economic scenario, it's wise to sell if you don't make Cash positive on the Brampton property. It's still win win because they would be making profit on their property and can use that money to buy a better property in future or invest it somewhere

M sure it was very though for you guys to say NO to Amy for changing her class😢 but good things are often bitter and tough. My son also was awake almost whole night because of excitement for going to school😁 And you were 1000% right.
