I tried ordering on Dh gate they don’t accept no payments I tried different cards and different banks and every time it says risky purchases

Hey we wear the same size do u order ur shoes true to size or u go up a size... i got some jordan 4s and they were too exact but i was wondering if it was cuz of that particular style of shoe or maybe i need to order a size up from now on
