SO MUCH to comment on today!!! We are not back to school yet in Ontario. We actually enjoy watching your back to school vlogs bc it reminds us and gets us in the mood to go back in September 😎 So great to hear you found a school you love. We are interested to hear all about it soon. And it's potatoe bug or rolly polly. They are actually from the crustacean family ?I think and need water to survive. Is the pincer bug Missy is talking about an earwig? I'm confused lol 😅 And the backpack shopping SO funny. My daughter did the same ... first one she sees THAT ONE then changes her mind 5 more times. We ended up with an emoji face reversible to unicorn face. 😍🦄 These kids are going to rock it this year!!!

Back to school shopping was always my favorite time of year!! I got new clothes and new school stuff. It was awesome!! Hehe!! We call those bugs potato bugs. They are also called sow bugs or woodlice. That is so crazy, Bryan!! They do look like the grasshoppers from A Bug's Life!!

I used to dread school shopping, especially when it came to buying my clothes, there were always so many options to choose from, picking a backpack was never really a problem for me though. One big difference between US schools and UK schools (certainly when I went) is that in the US part of the back to school shopping list is supplies for the teacher like markers and stuff - we never had to buy things for the teachers!
