This was a nice review of the various moves. I just realized that my knees are too close to my body in tabletop so my abs haven't been working as hard as they should have. I also appreciate when you mention that it's the back muscles that should be doing the work because I often find it's my arms that are doing most of it and shouldn't be. Thanks for another great workout.

Hi April. I’m 12 weeks postpartum. DR isn’t too bad (1 finger). Looking to rebuild core strength and overall body. What videos would you suggest please. Thank you 🙏

Congratulations... I would stick with the beginner or intermediate workouts. I have playlists on KZbin listed by intensity. Pilates in general is a great way to rebuild the core and overall strength. I don't believe you are a member? I do have a lot of options through my website and app, but I have lots to choose from free on KZbin as well.

Just wanted to point out a few of the free workouts for you: kzbin.info/www/bejne/sJauXoWpjKxgb7c - this will be important for you as holding a baby puts a lot of strain on the back - this workout will help strengthen the back and improve posture kzbin.info/www/bejne/fWWQdqtuhdWfbNE - this is a little more challenging but still works the back and more standing balance kzbin.info/www/bejne/p37WinmpgbFmmKc - this would be great for days you want to move but are super tired Hope those are helpful to you.
