This was a great workout..first time getting to use my stability cushion in a full workout, and it’s no joke!!..I’m gonna feel this tomorrow..only thing I didn’t do was the standing/sitting portion, didn’t feel stable enough to attempt that, ( but I will ) just did the regular rotations sitting, but will practice before I do this workout again! Thank-you for posting for us KZbinrs!!!❤

Hi April Loved this class. I actually taught it and had a lot of people getting SI joint pain.....can you share why this might of happened?

Interesting. How many people? At what point in the workout? All having the same issues at the same time or different issues at different times? Pain during the movement? Or pain after? I haven’t had that happen so I’m not sure why that would be happenings. Please let me know as much details as you can.

I came on April's channel thinking of doing a reformer workout and then found this yoga session and decided to do this instead. What a great, great class! Instructions were nice and slow to allow me to move gradually into the pose, explanations of what I should be feeling were precise and enabled me to move more efficiently into the pose. I now feel fantastic--my chest is open my back and waist area stretched and strengthened. Thank you so much for a great yoga class.

I wore shoes for this workout because I also did some Bosu work in the floor that was high impact. But no shoes is fine.
