Easter Egg: The original mall was called Twin Pines mall. Then Marty went back and ran over the tree so when he comes back, the mall is actually now called Lone Pine Mall.

I'm old enough to have seen it in 1985 in the theater. Everyone clapped at the end. It was like we saw the most perfect movie ever made. That argument still stands.

Saw all 3 in the theater,a perfect trilogy and all these years later I’m not surprised how well it holds up especially the first one

I saw this in the theater too. I was 13 and it was the coolest thing I had ever seen. I couldn’t imagine anything beating seeing Raiders of the Lost Ark at the drive in, but the experience back then also meant listening to a speaker on a pole.

Rick And Morty was indeed based on this. The teacher who said Marty’s band was too loud is Huey Lewis the lead singer of the band who performed the song they were playing(it’s also the song the movie opens with)

Definitely watch all 3, it’s considered one of the greatest trilogy’s ever made, all 3 are as good as the first. Just make sure to stop the movie before the credits start to avoid the spoilers for the part 3

I watch first time reactions to this movie often - sometimes twice a day! I have seen all 3 Back to the Future movies hundreds of times but in the beginning of your video, when you were so nonchalant / blasé on if you would like it or not, I KNEW it would be a lot of fun seeing you get totally blown away and I had to watch this!!!🤣🤣🤣You didn’t disappoint!!! 🤣🤣🤣 Shout out to your young helper too!!🎉 And I’m amazed at how well you followed the movie. Much better than I ever did!! People in your generation are so quick and observant. You’ll love the next two! My favorites are #1 and #3! But all are great!🎉

🎶 "That's The Power Of Love!" 🎶 Fun Fact: Theatrical movie debut of Billy Zane. Automobile Enthusiast Fact: Writers Bob Gale and Robert Zemeckis actually received a fan letter from John DeLorean after the film's release, thanking them for immortalizing his car. Music Enthusiast Fact: The judge who stands up to say that Marty (Michael J. Fox) is "just too darn loud" is actually Huey Lewis, whose songs "The Power Of Love" and "Back In Time" are featured in this movie. Marty's (Michael J. Fox) guitar is a Ibanez black Roadstar II. Small Connection Fact: When Lorraine follows Marty (Michael J. Fox) back to Doc's house, she and Doc exchange an awkward greeting. This marks the only on-screen dialogue that Christopher Lloyd and Lea Thompson ever have, though they have appeared together in six movies. Historical Fact: Apparently, Ronald Reagan was amused by Doc Brown's (Christopher Lloyd) disbelief that an actor like him could become President, so much so that he had the projectionist stop and replay the scene. He also seemed to enjoy it so much that he even made a direct reference of the film in his 1986 State of the Union address: "As they said in the film Back To The Future (1985), 'Where we're going, we don't need roads.'"

@Madvision Huey Lewis is the singer that sang "Power Of Love "and he makes a cameo in the movie as the guy with the megaphone that tells Marty McFly that the music is to loud. I would recommend watching all 3 movies because they make a great series. The second movie goes to the future in what was the directors idea of what 2015 would look like. The 3 rd movie goes back the American wild west. It might be cheesy at times but all the movies are funny and light hearted. One has to understand these movies were done back in the 1980's. I was a young person myself back then.

I loved your reaction! This is my favorite movie and trilogy! I've also watched your reactions to Challengers and Society of the Snow, and really enjoyed them! I have a recommendation to make, it's a documentary called "Still: a Michael j Fox movie" about the life of Michael j Fox, the actor who portrays Marty McFly in this movie. It came out last year and so far nobody on youtube has reacted to it, and I think you would make a great reaction to it! If you decide not to though I understand. I will say I recommend you watch it regardless, whether you film a reaction to it or not, since it is an incredibly underrated documentary. Sorry if I had any mistakes, english is not my first language. Greetings from Uruguay!

1. Cranky principal Strickland/James Tolkan also played the ship's squadron leader in "Top Gun". 2. The teacher that tells Marty, "Hold it fellas, I'm afraid you're just too darn loud" is Huey Lewis himself. "Heart of rock and roll" etc. 3. Eric Stoltz was first cast as Marty, but he didn't play well with others and wasn't giving the tone they were looking for. fired. Some of his long shots are still in the movie. 4. The flammable material set on fire with the model exercise had to have been put there on purpose. Movie magic. 5. It's always fun to see how people react to the Marty and his mom car scene. 6. George McFly/Crispin Glover didn't like that the story ended with the family being prosperous. DA🙄 7. Twin Pines Mall becomes Lone Pine Mall when Marty takes one out when he goes back to 1955. 8. IMVHO part II is my favorite of the trifecta. 9. If you want a first time/share of an OUTSTANDING movie where Christopher Lloyd plays the heavy you must do "Who Framed Roger Rabbit".

You made me burst out laughing several times during this reaction, I love it 😂 when you immediately wanted the 1955 jumping shoes, when Lorraine kissed Marty and you exclaimed "Punch her!", whenever your brain started melting over the logic of time travel, "Oh no, not his bald head again" when your saw Strickland at the dance, I thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you! I'm looking forward to seeing your reactions to the second and the third movie!

I love back to the future. I was in New York today and I went to the musical adaptation of back to the future on Broadway and it was super fun. I did fall asleep a little during act 1 but that was on me and not on the musical, I haven’t been sleeping nearly enough.

6:13 ok, a period of time ago, roiland and harmond created a cartoon gruesomely mocking Bill Cosby, called “the house of Cosbys” Universal threatened to sue them if they didn’t stop, abd so they made a new series “Doc and Marhti” out of spite This show got retooled into tge “Rick and Morty” we know. The show that spite had built.

This generation watches certified classic movies with an attitude as if the filmmaker made it to impress so 20 something year old in 2024. No one from the 1980s needs or wants the approval of gen z. I guess 30 plus years in the future 20 year olds will be impressed by the movies of today.

@jessetorres87383 ай бұрын
There's a fan theory that Doc was actually suicidal & he was gonna take Marty & Einstein with him. Long story short, prior to the time machine Doc Brown had been down on his luck as his house had burned down, many of his previous inventions weren't successful, & he was living in a garage (these & other subtle details were shown in the opening). So, the Time Machine was Doc's last attempt to create something successful, but he was worried it wouldn't, so he figured he'd kill himself should it fail, but he didn't want to die alone which is why he and Marry stood infront of the thing when they tested it in the mall parking lot. If it worked, Doc, Marty, and Einstein would have lived, if it didn't, then the car would have crashed into them at 88 miles per hour & killed them. It's a very depressing yet possible fan theory.
