Lance Storm was one of the best hands of his era. Underrated the same way Armstrong was a generation before him

Lance Storm was an awesome wrestler. Lance and Justin Credible were a great tag team in ECW. They were The Impact Players Lance used to say I'm from CALGARY ALBERTA CANADA

Calgary boy here. This is great. I happened to find out once where Lance Storm got his haircut so I started going there and I kept going back there hoping to bump into him to no avail. A few years later I was at Southcentre Mall with my girlfriend when he was walking by with his wife. I freaked out when I saw him but I was too chicken shit to go over and say anything. One of my biggest regrets.

Did not realize that Lance Storm could be this charismatic. Ever! And I am being serious for just a minute. Great work by this guy in ROH not long ago incidentally.B.W.

Lance Storm and Chris Jericho have to reunite for at least one more time.

They had that one final match at ECW One Night Stand. Seeing the thrillseekers unite for one last time would be cool, but I don't think it would work. I don't know in what shape the guys are, but they're both starting to look kind of old. And more importantly, only hardcore smarks care/know about them. It's not like Dudleyz, Legion of Doom or Hardyz uniting for one last time, those guys can phone it in (or atleast get away with less) because they're far more recognized.

90sgamer92Eng Jericho is still wrestling on house shows pretty often and from reports I have read, he still is doing an amazing job, as he did on the Japan show a few weeks ago. And Jericho himself said that Lance Storm still is in amazing shape when it comes to physique and Lance is not that old either. I think they could definitely wrestle an at least good match if they would want to and WWE would be cool enough to allow it.

CommentatorDeluxe Dudleyz vs Thrilseekers vs some young up and coming tag team WM 32 ;) Maybe Hardy boyz could make a surprise comeback at the rumble? Dudleyz deserve to retire in a wrestlemania match imo.

SpeedAnchor why not fight after also? This guy Jericho does the heel turn....then they fight like Owens and Jericho but Storm retires for good after his lose...first make him beat Mizz

+Al Lewis I lived in Calgary for 35 years, went to Stampede Wrestling every Friday night at the Pavillion in its heyday and was in Calgary when Stu's funeral happened. There were tons of people there, and many more lined the streets of the persession. I think was Lance was referring to was a seperate room in the church downstairs where the wrestlers could go and nobody else could.

What a Ingenious Idea for a Wrestlingmentary. The perfect host Mr. Cornette is a well known historian on glory days of Wrestling. Jim should shoot a special on all the memorabilia he has an amazing collection.

It's shame the world changed completely, now we have the Conrad Thompson stable of podcasts which are good, but his only source of research is meltzer's biased opinions that Conrad believes as gospel

This was my territory. Started watching in the mid 70's. The only problem with this as well as other territories, was it had limited television exposure. At first is was on ctv once a week. which was mostly Alberta since it filmed in Calgary. But later it was on the national tsn. I think it only folded because they lost to much talent to the wwf, and they were not replaced as fast as they left.

Ive heard Lance tell his story a few times and I swear he never really knew the Hart family like that. The school he went to had a non-Hart as the trainer and one of the lesser known Hart brothers just collected the money. Why would Lance be on this? This needs someone from the days of when Bret was in Calgary or later.

Lance had me until he took a shot at Mexicans and Lucha wrestling. Sounds like something an uninformed, borderline racist right winger would say. It's all legitimate wrestling. Greco, Japanese, Mexican, whatever. In an international promotion, you can't have just one style of wrestling, or you'll bore the audience. It's not the 70s anymore. People are exposed to a lot of different things. As long as the moves can be performed relatively safely and with accuracy, it's all great in terms of in ring stuff. I've always said, if you could get Paul Heyman and Jim Cornette to work together, you could have a dynamite wrestling promotion. 86 all the really stupid stuff that was legitimately and permanently injuring guys and maintain the gritty, modern realism. ECW just took it too far. SMW played it way too safe. There's a happy medium there somewhere. But dude, ease up on the uncomfortable shots at Mexicans. This isn't a Trump rally.
