Alicia... I'm literally in tears! As you know I've been in a wheelchair for a while. I had no idea that I was so tight in my neck and shoulder area that I literally cannot move my arms further than my ears from the upright position. Your stretch series help more than ANYTHING I've ever done including physical therapy. I'm ever so grateful for you my friend!💞💞

I just did this whole routine and I can't believe how much my shoulders were holding me back. I like how you used the back bend on the wall to gauge how much you're using your shoulders. I cant get my armpits to the wall quite yet haha but very close. Also the way you explained the steps for entering the back bend from a standing position helped me astronomically. Thank you so much for making your flexibility videos they're all just so helpful. ❤️

Oh THANK YOU ALICIA!! I am SO glad I found you! You are the only one who really took the time to go through so many different stretches and exercises to help with backbends for TRUE beginners! I got SO discouraged watching video after video of these ppl who CLEARLY don't know how to help someone with limited back flexibility... Well, either they don't know how or they don't care or have the patience. I don't care, because now you've given me hope! Thank you!! I'm going to try these for awhile and see if I can make some progress.

Before I really couldn't do a backbend. I did, but I struggled and used the wall for a good 2 weeks until I cam upon your video. After just 1 week of watching your video, I just finished it and I decided to comment saying this video is very effective and helped me in ways that I just want to say thank you. I was doing my back bend and without the wall or nothing, I got into my backbend and was very excited. To anyone who wants to achieve their backbend, the video may be long, but it comes with excellent results. Here's how my schedule is: - Watch the video daily, for me, I watched is Monday-Thursday, took a break Friday and Saturday, and watch the video again Sunday. (Aka today for me.) - After each video, make sure to drink water to stay hydrated. Eat healthy as well, that may be hard so eat at least 1-2 fruits/vegetable every other day. - Before watching this video, I have a stretching app called "StretchingExcerise" where I do a 5 minute stretch before beginning. - Recommend stretching after the video to not get back pain. - If it's hard, don't stress, try your best and it will get easier! - Take at least 1 break during the video - If you're a beginner at this or don't have flexibility yet, I recommend looking for a KZbin video or go on kinky sweat page for a video to work on your stretching for the workouts and stretch in the video can be easier. - Keep a positive mindset and don't rush your results, it comes with time. Not everyone body is the same as mines and everyone progress is different, but try everyday in order to get that backbend! Again, thank you for this amazing video!

I’ve been stretching for a year now since I began training Kung Fu and never really noticed long term improvement. Since I was already pretty flexible even before Kung Fu, my goal was to have the full splits. I found your videos at the end of December and today I finally got my full right leg split without experiencing any pain!! My left leg split still needs a little work but I just want to thank you, you’re such an inspiration and your active stretches were the best thing that happened to me. Those static stretches out there weren’t helping me at all! Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

Finally somebody combining strength with stretching!! I cannot stand videos where they only hold static streches for 30 seconds and move on. That messed up my hamstrings because they got incredibly weak and resulted in tearing of the left hamstring. I was out for months! I didn't understand why it was so hard for me until I found out about the (quite obvious) connection from strengthening the muscle while streching. Great videos!!

I have extremely unflexible shoulders though and on top of that my left one wings out which makes training for mobility extremely hard. Do you have any tips on how to get more shoulder flexibility and mobility? I can't even do the one sided shoulder exercise (8:00) because my forearm does not want to point up straight, it keeps collapsing towards my head; are there any easier progressions?
