Can i use the xbox remote if my xbox itself is far (for example at my home from work)? Does it work?

I’m gonna say no because it still have to be on the same Wi-Fi network is the same thing with the PlayStation remote play. Depending if some of the games are compatible with the phone you can play from far so like streaming games. Another example is if you’re at work in your computer at work is strong enough to play compatible games like Xbox then yes you can play from the office but it’s not gonna be directly off of the Xbox with the off of your profile.

@@arifazman5057 yes is the same thing with the PlayStation if there is compatible games with the phone then you can play from far but I know with Xbox you can play AAA games on the computer

Yes u can play via remote your console even if u are in the other side of the world, just u need link your console ps5 or xbox and needs activate some stuff on the console and the standby mode in your console.
