Since June of 2019 I have rocked the mosko backcountry duffle with either the backcountry panniers or even put it on my reckless 80 for over 20,000 miles at least half off-road and swear by it!

Love my 40L. I recommend using packing cubes. I used this bag for a multi day trip and it rides so good on the back of my F750 GS I had to keep reaching back to check that it was still there, because it didn’t affect the handling of my bike at all.

The best luggage is the one that you forget about when riding but can also carry what you need for that specific ride!

I don't know how, but ever thought of a baseball cap holder/bag. I don't know how you'd do it, have you thought about it? Maybe behind the lower part of windshield? If nothing else, could be a good April 1st joke? I hate how my hat is always full of dirt or smashed...... I think it's a great challenge for Mosko :).
@MoskoMoto Жыл бұрын
😆 We have an internal joke about designing a Tail Bag in the shape of baseball cap or cowboy hat for ultimate no-damage transportation. In the meantime, we just attach baseball caps to our luggage and leave the cowboy hats at home.

Thanks, your videos lately are awesome. Just a thought (I know you get many!), it'd be great to have the option on your site to be able to purchase a R40 or R80 and then choose from a dropdown menu style, which 'top pack' you prefer. i.e. select R80, then choose between one of the stingers, or duffles etc. That way, you pay for exactly the type of luggage you're after and can add additional storage solutions. I would personally choose the R40, plus the 30L BC Dufflle and a 25L Scout. That would basically give me all travel options from 1 - for ever days, saving the cost of the 8 or 22L Stinger. Just a thought!

Hey! That's a great recommendation, and one we've implemented before. Turns out, when we offer different configurations for each luggage systems it can get pretty tricky on the backend. It's something we're considering bringing back in the future. Stay tuned. That being said, you can always reach out to our CS team to help build and place a custom order. :) Unfortunately, we do not recommend running the Reckless 40L with the BC 30L Duffle - it's just too big. We really don't recommend running anything larger than the Stinger 22L with the R40 (trust us when we say a lot of testing when into this, and a lot of larger center bags were lost. 😅)

Can’t wait to see an air release valve for some of these bags

We have found that the valves wear out under hard off-road and, over time, begin to leak.

Hey Paul - The Backcountry 40L and 30L dimensions are below. Backcountry 40L: Length: 21-26 in / 53.3-66 cm (roll top ends can be extended significantly) Width: 16 in / 40.6 cm Height: 10 in / 25.4 cm Backcountry 30L: Length: 18-24 in / 45.7-61 cm (roll top ends can be extended significantly) Width: 13 in / 33 cm Height: 10 in / 25.4 cm You could possibly carry tires like you describe but it would really depend on the rear rack of the bike you're putting it on. We only sell directly from our US and EU websites without any dealers or distributors. However, we do attend a ton of events where we showcase our gear in Europe and you can find the list at this link. moskomoto.eu/pages/events-rallies

The cinch straps mentioned at 3:38 or something like them work better than Rokstraps. I have the 30L version and with the amount of stuff the bag can hold, it gets pretty heavy and just bounces around on my rack with the Rokstraps.
