Hey man, watching your video on the backfire mini convinced me to buy one for myself. It comes in a week and I was wondering since you have one, does the underside of the deck scratch easily? I know it’s supposed to be some strong carbon fibre but I don’t know if I trust it.

The scratches I have gotten are on the tail, but they are pretty minor. The truth is, I don't really ride it like a normal skateboard, I take care of it and do my best not to scratch it. Send me a DM on IG (@seed_visual) and I will send you a couple photos of my current ware and tear.

I just bought one and it arrived and it’s different than this one mine is the newer version of the g2 black it doesn’t have gold on it it has silver logo and a speedometer and top speed is 39 km/hour

I haven't heard of the Yeeplay m2s. I have stuck with Backfire Boards primarily because of the experience I've had. Backfire's support is next level.

There is a new version of the board out now: The Backfire G2 Black 2020 version. We have a review coming out soon. I'm guessing your remote is calibrated in kph rather than mph.
