My parents were married for 71 years. My mother would say that you, Anita, are just newlyweds. :) I remember when Daddy died, an aunt called Mama and talked for a long time, trying to console her and let her know that she'd been there; she knew what Mama was going through. My mother got off the phone and you could tell she was mad. She said, "She said she knows exactly what I'm going through! She doesn't know a thing what I'm going through. THEY were ONLY married for 65 years." We were all grieving over my beloved Daddy, but had to admit that was funny. "ONLY 65 years!"

Hey Mel, I completely understand bcuz I'm in the exact same position. I am still living with my husband but we are trying to divorce. However, due to health concerns I haven't been able to take my resell business to the success that u have. I am really struggling. We don't have kids but we have dogs that are like kids. I'm not sure how I'll ever get out of here bcuz I don't think I'll ever be financially independent. I wish u the very best and know that u aren't alone! ✌️💜✌️💜

Your situation sounds a lot like mine with your separation. I’m also living in the same house as my ex even though we are divorcing. It is the hardest thing I’ve ever done so you have my sympathy! My mental health has really suffered. Financially I’ve had little choice though. Fingers crossed for a better year in 2024 for us!

2023 was a horrible year for our family after seeing my daughter thru 2 horrible surgeries and covid experiences where the tumor in brain almost took her life! But we are thankful no cancer and none of the bad took her! My business never really survived ….so here is 2024 and new chances to bounce back and she continues to beat the other complications for a 42 yr old woman! Listening to you was such a refreshing experience for me and your sharing your ups and downs brought me something I haven’t experienced in over year…Hope and excitement and yes smiling!
