I really enjoy these commentated matches.. there are not many videos on youtube where you can know what the player is thinking.

Read a Backgammon book, played a bunch of matches on 247backgammon and played my gf and assumed I was ready to head to Galaxy and start playing. Immediately lost my first match 1-7 and had like a 40% error rate :(. Seeing this level of play is unreal to me.

Hello On the best backgammon commentator in the world Dear Marc Olsen I am a chess player and coach And I have been interested in playing backgammon for a long time I have been a member of the backgammon Galaxy site for about a few days In these few days of play I have noticed that the scoring system is based on 2 parts Be the first to win the game Second, having a low error rate But one thing that may be repeated is on my mind Sometimes we need to trick our opponent and deliberately make mistakes to get a better score. But the same few errors cause the resulting error coefficient to be effective How do you see this?

you have to play against very weak players for 'tricks' to work in backgammon.. Much weaker than when using 'tricky' moves in Chess.

Hello, how do I report ratings manipulation on Backgammon Galaxy? I have just witnessed the most unbelievable game of sacrificial play. A 25 point match, stupid moves that even a beginner doesn't make and the cube jacked up to 16. The recipient of this generosity is in the top 20. I have a screenshot of the players' names and the date and time of the match.

Clark, I just heard it from you, didn't know either, sad loss to the game and his family.
