Zora is coming along so beautifully!! I'm so glad to see another trainer, that when a horse starts a growth spurt, they just pasture them and let them grow up a bit. It never takes long when you put them back to work, because of the positive groundwork and riding that was done prior to the turn out. Best Regards from 8ntario, Canada, Jenn

I rode our 17hh thoroughbred (Vic) and I had a great ride .. all three gaits both ways on my Paint (Gus) who bucked me off and knocked me out on August 3. We had his teeth done and found that he still had his wolf teeth..so we had them pulled. He never tossed his head once in our ride .. those teeth must have been driving him crazy. Our lesson/ride was amazing. I didn’t fear him and our Ceecoach trainers are the best recommendation from you ever. So... I can totally relate on the positive day thing ... keep up the great work and we are still,spreading the word about you Miri over here in the states! Love watching Zola’s brilliance shine right through!

Thanks for the Miri I bought an almost 4 year old tb who was backed lightly in Feb then turned out. I bought her a few weeks ago and I am starting again. Want to bring her on confident, quiet and proper so she doesn't end up with life time damage like my just retired mare. This video was perfect and I'll do the same :)

The horses are all looking so well and I think in the case of zora and nanet sorry if spelt wrong but that is a case of girls being girls Dede is looking really big the only one that I miss is kenco but apart from that I am glad everything is finally fitting in to place for you so keep the vlogs coming I am enjoying the journey with you and the horses and your reality of having horses because if you didn’t show reality then we would most probably have more horses that are just people giving up on because they thought it was easy and that is no good for anyone

Why did you start in her box with the rider on rather than out in an arena? Sure she can't run away but I that the safest place? I'm buying a 2.5-year-old and am just curious when I'm going to start backing her.

You make it look so easy to back a 3 yo hahah (i know it is not) how did you make her response to your leg? (she moves forward and turns when you ask) my 3yo immediately stops when im sitting on her. She doesn't even want to walk :(( ps. you are so wonderful, i admire you so much
@abbieg39455 жыл бұрын
Did her playful jumping worry you in the center to the right ? I had my 3 now 4yo broken earlier this year , she’s been in work for I’d say 5 months but I sent her to a professional while I was away because I found her very unpredictable and would spook and bolt on me , and well she bucked so hard on him he said he doesn’t want to ride her anymore because he fell off . Sorta reminds me of you with your other mare that you retired for breeding ? I’m gunna do the same and hope it calms her hormones 😬🤞🏼
@hackettequine20595 жыл бұрын
Hi, no it didn’t worry me, but I always had the ground work to draw back to throughout the process so I was always keeping the training low pressure and relaxed. I would say that there could be a pain response in your horse or that the training she had Hadn’t suited her. I had everything looked into with Kenco before I have bred from her, I would recommend doing the same

Why are you even riding a 3yr old horse. Surely they should be 4 or even 5 years old so the they have grown into their full strength before being ridden. Get that bit OUT. Control tho pain. A well trained horse in partnership with you is the way to go. So rewarding.
@echoebabe14 жыл бұрын
Pain? Give over silly woman. Did you even watch the video 🙄
