Really good easy to understand step-by-step tutorial. Anyone with a stenosis issue should carefully take up these exercises.

I saw a PT telling people to shift their pelvis forward, when doing ab exercises and even when walking, to take pressure off the disk. Wouldn't that mess up your posture, causing more problems? Or would the forward shift help?

I think it is likely not going to be ideal, of course i've just got a rough idea of what they might be doing but your best bet is to simply stand against a wall which will usually line most of us up properly :)

That sounds strange to be honest, it would perhaps give you a sway back posture which is not good.
