Every time I play caustic I que up with people that wanna push alot. I started getting the farther throw for the tac to help with pushing with some success. I try to more position control than hunker down and defend. It's one of the best feelings when you come across a team camping in a small building. You sneak that alt in there and fume them out.

See this is interesting because I started playing aggressive caustic this season but i use the opposite perks so that i can throw my barrels at people like an nfl quarterback then just heal in the gas as they're trying to get out and it heals me

I always take the increased throw rnge for the traps. I feel like it gives you way more value. You can use it defensively or offensively by yeeting the traps around. I mean you use your ult like twice a game and with the maximum yeet you get almost mini ults!

Bigger ult is good.. but I think everyone is really underrating the distant throws on traps. Mid fight you can chuck it those over any cover or to high ground and force team to focus trap and push other side. Any knock throw trap and push. Wayyyy better than big ult imo. The ult is not big enough to really impact many situations. End game if you have high ground you can throw the traps across to other side of circle.. fucking crazy. I'm telling you try the long throws.. game changer.

Plus being able to lock down doors and get traps to specific areas further away, saving the time you'd normal have to move there... That alone is worth it. Better time efficiency to help you keep focus.

I finally got my Heirloom shards! After a couple of years of moaning because a mate got some out of a random pack and i didnt get any yet as a day 0 player. And after moaning i dont have a heirloom, i still dont have one, i went for the prestige skin instead. And i had to go for big daddy caustic as he was my first " main " if you will. So while i still dont have a heirloom, i do have a prestige skin. Yay! :)
