Fun Ballistic tip: if you pop Ult with a slinged Rampage, it automatically charges it even if you have no thermite in your inventory. Fun Ballistic counter: if your pinned by a whistler and have a Mirage on your team, sending a decoy into the whistler radius will knock it down

Ever have to decide between long and mid range weapons to go with your short range? The sling perk now allows you to choose all three because the sling levels up. It also expands his powers because the sling upgrading gives it a reason to stack extra ammo and be useful anytime. Before the perk I just used it for the ult. Only Ballistic mains can truly appreciate the perk.

I love Jankz and his videos but as someone who has mained ballistic since he came out I have to disagree with his opinion on the new perk. I think one of the biggest mistake that most new ballistic mains make is underestimating his passive, having a third weapon is SOOOOO much better than people think and the new perk makes it even better, especially earlier on where a blue gun might be better than the loot you actually have. Love your content though Jankz keep up the great work!!!

I think one of the tricks to playing ballistic is to have a good sling weapon. For example if you're in a sticky situation but you have a rampage LMG as your sling you'll get a powerful thermited version of it thats OP whenever you pop your ult (: can be a big help

Can't agree with the Sling-Shot perk take; I love having the option to carry a sniper, AR, SMG and not be missing anything. Also having a shotgun with SMG and a Marksman is nice. You can also get the disrupter shots on Mozam and Alt on purple armor so you never need to find the hop-up again.

Nah, Zeus was running some slingshot the other day with p2020 in the sling. It makes Purple armor grant guaranteed hammerpoints regardless of ult. Much more useful than the smart bullet lasting longer if it misses the enemy.

Jankz the big use for the new buff for the slang-wopen is to run duoble gun withe the same ammo typ for exam ( havoc & volte ) or ( r301 & alty ) in that case u will get the benfets for the perk.

Found myself disagreeing with our favorite Canadian for the first time. Leveling up your sling would be very helpful imo. Keep alt in the sling and then run a scout and a mastiff. Then you get a purple alt for free. Same concept with a triple take and a havoc in the sling. I just hate not being able to contribute in a long range fight and/or not having 2 guns for a up close fight. But I am not a tenth of the player Jankz is.

"this buff is useless" yeah but if I get blue on drop because we have an evo bin and a blue/red bin, I can get a blue kitted weapon IMMEDIATELY with no attachments needed. That's worth a lot, actually, especially if a team shows up on drop or right after- your main gun might not even HAVE any attachments, so a bigger mag in an R9 or spitfire might be exactly what you need. Like, the only reason you think it's useless is BECAUSE you only put one specific weapon in there that needs a hopup, but having an extra assault rifle or smg can work wonders in a prolonged fight.
